TBLO was founded in the beginning of 2020 by Thomas Cochran who is a current full time Law Enforcement Officer. Having a background of Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Fleet Management and front line experience in the field. TBLO is passionate in building the right vehicle for you and your agency as well using the best equipment within your budget. TBLO has personally worked with Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire Departments and Construction Companies in outfitting their vehicles in the Glen Rose & Stephenville, Texas area.
